SueBC here… We don’t get a whole lot of snow in Vancouver, but it sure can rain! My husband took advantage of the rare clear skies last night to barbecue.
The menu was simple, healthy food:
- A strip loin steak. No sauce to add calories; just a nice rub.
- Red, yellow, and green peppers, lightly stir-fried in olive oil.
- Roast yellow-fleshed potatoes à la Jamie Oliver – boiled first, then roasted with olive oil, garlic cloves, and salt and pepper.
The only thing not at the table….
